2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup marinated barbecue sauce (halal/non-alcoholic)
4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
1 cup corn kernels
1/2 red onion, sliced
1 bell pepper, julienned
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 ripe avocado, sliced
Optional: 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions

Preheat grill to medium-high heat
Marinate chicken breasts in barbecue sauce for 30 minutes
