Ingredients
4 chicken breasts
4 cups mixed greens
2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced

1 tablespoon honey (or maple syrup for vegan option)
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Instructions
Marinate chicken breasts in olive oil, salt, and pepper for 15 minutes
Preheat grill to medium-high heat
